With 20 years of experience in the food industry, Mohamed has always consistently on developing extraordinary concepts with a unique DNA. Recognizing the high demand for Asian cuisine, he was inspired to create a twisted and unique sushi concept: Sushi Buzz.
By Recognizing the success and potential, Mohamed decided to transition from a cloud kitchen model to a hybrid model that includes a fine dining experience. He chose Dubai Media City Office Park Building for this new venue, which blends the convenience of takeout with the elegance of in-house dining. This location offers an unparalleled fusion of traditional Japanese sushi with a bold American twist.
